​When buying membership with Fowlers Martial Arts Academy Ltd. you agree terms and conditions.

• You must be at least 18 years old to purchase this subscription.​

• When you purchase a monthly membership, payment will be automatically charged every month until cancelled by the member.

• If you no longer attend sessions, it is your responsibility to cancel your membership.

• Fowlers Martial Arts Academy Ltd. will not refund any payments if the member no longer participates in training and has not cancelled the membership.

• When cancelling a monthly subscription, all future charges associated with future months of your subscription will be cancelled.

• Your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current monthly billing period. You will not receive a refund.

• If you have any questions, please speak with the head coach.

• Please note that if you have insufficient funds in your banking account we are unable to take your payment and your subscription will be cancelled automatically.

• If you have received an email that you subscription was cancelled but you wish to continue training with us, you will need to purchase your subscription again from our website.

• Your purchase is non-refundable. 

• Memberships are non-transferable.

• We do not accept cash for Little Ninjas, Kids or Teens classes.

• For adults classes we only accept cash for pay as you go students.

• If you wish to cancel your membership, please log into your account and do so through our website. If you cancel your membership through your bank your card will be refused if you attempt to pay.
